I am making it a goal in 2019 to create at least one blog post a week. Over the summer/ fall we had a pig raised at our family farm and just got back all the delicious meat! My journey of finding pork recipes begins. The below is a combo of all my favorite bolognese recipes and its super easy. Get ready to impress the crowd!

- One 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red wine (I used Kendall-Jackson Cabernet)

Directions
- In a large skillet heat the olive oil
