Ingredients
- 1lb Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cloves chopped garlic
- ½ cup Grated pecorino romano cheese
- ¼ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 24oz Jar of favorite marinara sauce
- 1lb Favorite pasta
Directions:
- Combine ground meat, egg, garlic, cheese and breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl
- Roll meat mixture into balls
- Add olive oil to a large dutch oven or pot and turn to medium heat
- Cook meatballs until brown on all sides
- Add in favorite jar of marinara sauce on top of meatballs and bring to high heat
- Once the sauce starts to bubble; cover and turn to low heat
- Cook for 20-30 minutes and stir occasionally to check for burning
- Cook pasta as directed and serve together
